This company has succeeded in providing the absolute worst service I have ever experienced since I began ordering from catalogs over 15 years ago. My product was back-ordered with no notice to me that it was not available. For over 2 months, I was given false information about its avaiability, shipping status or I was not responded to or contacted at all. The product was a pet travel carrier and I had to change the shipping address twice so I would have it available as I traveled as the inquiries I made promised shipping on dates specific which never came about. I could not even get a confirmation of the cancellation. Do not order from this company! Are you this vendor? Respond to this comment.
