Be very careful of the return policies. They are not listed where the items is described, which I think they should be for "non returnable items." I purchased a dog carrier and didn't like the material and wanted to exchange it for a different style. I was told I couldn't and to look at their return policy. When I went back to the website, it says not returns on certain items for sanitary reasons. My dog never even saw the carrier let alone got in it. When you look closely, just about every item is not able to be returned. Given their prices - I would suggest you shop somewhere else. Are you this vendor? Respond to this comment.

I too would be EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF THIS BOUTIQUE. I purchased a Susan Lanci Crystal Dog Collar (sizes are very misleading) and sent it back for another size - after receiving a number for returning and when they received it they stated that it smelt like CIGARETTES - funny thing is -is NOBODY SMOKES in this household nor where it was mailed from. They stated they left it out for a day and it still smelt - so of course they sent it back with a RUDE letter insinuating someone here SMOKES. Being Offended by this and after truly smelling the product - from others also - we all came up with the same results - it smells like SUEDE (which is the backing of the dog collar) No stench of CIGARETTE SMOKE. After a few e-mails back and forth they have determined not to continue with my business SO THEREFORE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE OTHER THEN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. * I TOO WOULD SUGGEST YOU SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE AS EVERYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NON-RETURNABLE. Emailed about my order and the customer service was very poor tasked where it was they never answered that. Asked when I could expect it they never answered it. They had an option 2-3 days shipping for free I chose that. Instead I get an email saying 'with an engraved tag it will cost to ship at $28. It doesn't make sense for free shipping on engraved tag.' Meanwhile no answer on when it is being sent no word on if it has been sent. No word on if they cancelled it, they have not returned my money either. Are you this vendor? Respond to this comment.

I've been a long time customer and have nothing but rave experience with them. Sure, every store has return policies, you just have to READ them. I see it as this, if I shop at target or Macy's and I don't read their return policy, that is just my bad, not the store's bad. You can't fault someone for your own faults, lol. I personally have rec'd my items in time, I get a timely response to my inquiries, and the items are just as described. They are quite helful when when I need it. I'm very much a happy camper.
