I placed an order with Dachsund Treasures hoping to receive the package in time for Christmas. I paid an extra $11.96 to have the package shipped UPS. I later called the store because my package had not arrived yet & I was not given a tracking number. That is when I was informed that the package was sent via "snail mail" because they felt that it would get to me quicker ... how absurd; now I couldn't even track my shipment! On top of it all, they hung up on me when I suggested that the extra $11.96 should be credited back to my card because the package was not sent UPS as promised! They do have some cute products but customer service was herendous... I will never make another purchase with them and just thought that others should be warned of what could happen to them! Are you this vendor? Respond to this comment.
